The Construction TM will be responsible for completing the following: Developing an overall schedule for the implementation of pilot studies and the construction of full-scale remedial systems, making the most efficient use of resources (labor, services and equipment) and completes the overall effort in the most cost effective way. For each site, Construction TM will be responsible for completing the following: 1. Air Permit Application Supervising a junior member of ARCADIS staff in the completion of a draft permit application Obtaining appropriate QA/QC review and internal approvals Submitting application and following-up with the Air Board 2. Submitting power service request to provider 3. Building Permit Application Visiting the site and completing a draft system location plan showing the location of all pertinent system components with a view to limits of the site and logistical constraints Coordinating with ARCADIS drafting team to complete a final system layout drawing Supervising the modification of the standard set of drawings to accommodate site-specific requirements Obtaining the review and approvals of the completed drawing package Submitting a completed application package Following-up with the relevant Building Department(s) on the status of the Building permit 4. Procurement and Notification Coordinating with ARCADIS Construction Services regarding the implementation of the Work Identifying, negotiating with and procuring the appropriate materials and subcontract services required to complete the Work Coordinating with the ARCADIS Project Managers on implementation of the Work Notifying property owners of the schedule to complete the Work 6. Construction, Shake-down, and Startup Overseeing construction, shake-down, and system start-up as necessary 7. Coordinating with the O&M Task Manager to hand over O&M of the constructed system | ||||
